The Best and Worst Dressed of the Golden Globe Awards

Watching the red carpet last night, there were many hits and misses. Celebrities graced the red carpet in hues from mustard to apricot to black. Sandra Bullock's Christian Dior was stunning and elegant and my definite favorite of the evening. Her turquoise clutch added the perfect pop of color. Beyonce balanced the perfect amount of bling in her Elie Saab gown and Lorraine Schwartz necklace. Jane Krakowski "rocked it" in her cream asymmetrical shoulder dress.

Another show stopper of the evening was Susan Sarandon. Susan's Hugo Boss tuxedo was the perfect blend of style and class. On the flip side was Glenn Close in her gold jacket and metallic trousers. This combination portrayed Glenn as dull and doughty. Miley Cyrus' Marchesa dress would be a perfect selection...ten years from now.

My absolute blunder of the evening was Renee Zellweger in her Carolina Herrera. The organza front with open shoulders left everyone wondering, "what was she thinking?"
